Oh yeah. Some people are so stupid because they think they can never get rich working for people and says unit price will drop and so on, so never invest in share/unit trust. What lah. Already in his/her 30s still think like that? What a fool and don't even own a property.

That's why I say, education is very important. The more you study, the more intelligent you are. Generally speaking, those with a degree are smarter than those with a diploma those who have the habit to read are smarter than those who don't, because they know through reading/learning (education), they learn how to manage their life, anything from wealth, health and well-being, family (parenting, child-birth, relationship,...) and anything you can think of.
